Some of mine are the same as yours, here are some others:

- Stretch or do some mobility exercises

- Visit my favorite vintage shops (clothing or furniture)

- Go to an estate sale

- Take a bath and listen to a podcast or ambient music

- Browse my cooksbooks and plan a friend dinner

- Go to a different neighborhood of Toronto to explore architecture

- Sketch (this one has been really hard to get back into)

PS I agree that reading substack feels different! It's the longer form text and not switching topics every few seconds for me
